200T Track Press

WTC Machinery 200T Track Press accepts 91-Series, 93-Series, and C-Style tooling and features tool mounts that adjust precisely in all directions. Optional jaw adapters allow continued use of legacy tooling from Wolff, TrackMaster, Centurion, and Mattson track presses.

The 200T Track Press is equipped with dual hydraulic rams delivering a combined 200 tons of pressing force and is capable of servicing track up to and beyond 9.5 in. (240 mm) pitch. The system is available with 30-, 40-, or 50-ft conveyor configurations and can be integrated with the Pad Lifter and EL10000 Torque Wrench to form a complete track service system.

Operator safety and visibility are enhanced through a full-height guard door and a hydraulically driven, high-mount winch that maintains a direct line of sight to both cable and track. High ram cycle speeds reduce press times during pin and bushing service operations. An indexed worktable provides controlled, repeatable positioning of the track through the press station.
