WTC Machinery’s FP250 – 250 Ton Heavy-Duty Portable Pin Press is engineered for maximum performance and like the MPP250 is ideally suited for working on excavators and bulldozers up to a Caterpillar D11, Komatsu PC1250, or D375, as well as other large machines using track-style chains such as mining shovels, draglines, and large trenchers.

Featuring a robust open C-frame design, the FP250 delivers a powerful 250 tons of pressing force, combined with a complete range of precision tooling, the FP250 can service track-style chains with pin diameters from .87" (22.0 mm) to 3.00" (76.2 mm)—offering exceptional versatility for heavy construction, mining, and quarry applications.

The FP250 is available without a hydraulic pump or can be paired with one of several durable pump options to suit your power requirements. Electric (115V or 220V, 50/60 Hz, CE certified) remains the most popular choice, while air-powered pumps are available for flexibility in remote service environments.

For enhanced safety and ease of handling, WTC offers optional accessories including a pressure gauge, an engineered lifting sling (specifically designed for this press), and a safety blanket to protect operators from flying debris. To protect your investment during transport and storage, a custom travel/storage box or heavy-duty travel skid with optional cover box is available to securely house the FP250 press, pump, and tooling.
