WTC Machinery’s FP150 – 150 Ton Mid-Range Portable Pin Press, like the MPP150 press, is designed for servicing larger construction and mining equipment. The press is also ideally suited for working on excavators and bulldozers up to a Caterpillar D10, Komatsu PC800, or D275, as well as other machines using track-style chains.

Featuring a rugged open C-frame design, this press delivers a powerful 150 tons of pressing force, w its full range of precision tooling, this press can service track-style chains with pin diameters from 0.87" (22.0 mm) to 2.75" (69.8 mm)—providing versatility for a wide variety of equipment and applications.

The FP150 is available without a hydraulic pump or can be paired with one of several durable pump options to match your power source. Electric (115V or 220V, 50/60 Hz, CE certified) is the most popular choice, while air-powered pumps are also available for maximum flexibility in the field or workshop.

For added safety and convenience, WTC offers optional accessories including a pressure gauge, engineered lifting sling (designed specifically for this press), and a safety blanket to protect operators from potential flying debris. A custom travel/storage box or heavy-duty travel skid with optional cover is also available to securely store and transport your FP150 press, pump, and tooling.

For even larger equipment, step up to the MPP250 or FP250, each delivering 250 tons of pressing force for the toughest track service applications.
