WTC Machinery’s FP100 – 100 Ton Portable Pin Press  is ideally suited for servicing excavators and bulldozers up to a Caterpillar D9, Komatsu PC600, or D155, as well as other make and models using track-style chains such as trencher chains or apron feeders.

Featuring an open C-frame design and a full range of tooling, the FP100 can service track-style chains with pin diameters ranging from 0.63" (15.9 mm) to 2.56" (65.1 mm). Its compact and rugged construction allows technicians to press pins and bushings efficiently right in the field—eliminating the need to transport heavy machinery back to the shop.

The FP100 is available without a hydraulic pump or can be paired with one of several durable pumps to match your shop or service truck power. Electric (115V or 220V, 50/60 Hz, CE certified) is the most popular option, with air-powered and hand-powered pumps also available.

For added safety and convenience, WTC offers optional accessories including a pressure gauge, engineered lifting sling (designed specifically for this press), and a safety blanket to protect from flying debris. To keep your investment organized and secure, a custom storage/travel box is available for safe transport and storage of your FP100 press, pump, and tooling.
