WTC Machinery Corporation was formed in 1989, when Wolff Manufacturing purchased track repair equipment manufacturer Centurion Industries. Since Centurion already owned the Trackmaster Company, this purchase combined the top three manufacturers of undercarriage rebuilding equipment. In 2008 WTC Machinery acquired Mattson Technologies, another leading manufacturer of machinery for heavy equipment repairshops. Located in Ixonia, Wisconsin, in the United States of America, WTC Machinery today supplies undercarriage repair equipment and other heavy equipment repair machinery to shops in the United States, Australia, Europe, Russia, Canada, South America and Asia.
