Today, WTC Machinery focuses exclusively on equipment and tooling for heavy equipment repair facilities. We have become a worldwide supplier of heavy equipment repair machinery – serving the United States, Australia, Europe, Russia, Canada and Asia – thanks to our staff of experienced, dedicated engineers, an equally-experienced manufacturing team that takes the utmost pride in its work, and a service staff committed to you and your business.
Our origins are in undercarriage repair, serving the global mining and construction industries. And undercarriage remains our prime specialty today. We offer a complete selection of track presses and track handling machinery, welding equipment and electric torque wrenches.
In addition, we maintain the world’s largest inventory of tooling and accessories for track presses – both stationary and portable field service models. That allows us to offer the shortest lead times in the industry, with most orders shipped in less than 24 hours.
We also manufacture high quality hydraulic cylinder repair equipment, which is essential in a number of industries, including mining, shipbuilding and the military.
Whether you’re building a complete track shop, you want to upgrade your undercarriage business with a specific piece of machinery for mining equipment repair such as a hydraulic cylinder repair bench, you need construction equipment repair machinery to use in the field, or you just want a quick turnaround on tooling, WTC has you covered. All of our machinery, tooling and parts are designed to improve efficiency, reduce user fatigue, and maximize performance and safety. Click here to see our complete line.
"Engineered to perform" is more than just a slogan. Our engineers are respected experts in heavy-duty repair equipment, and we’re the only press manufacturers in the world with an ongoing program of research and development in the field.
Likewise, "Built to last" is simply a fact. A prime example: the main frames on all WTC track presses are fully welded, not bolted together like presses from other manufacturers. That means they can take a beating, and they won’t rattle loose over time. And when we say time, we mean time. Some of our track presses in the field are more than five decades old and still going strong.
WTC Machinery Corporation was formed in 1989, when Wolff Manufacturing purchased track repair equipment manufacturer Centurion Industries. Since Centurion already owned the Trackmaster Company, this purchase combined the top three manufacturers of undercarriage rebuilding equipment. In 2008 WTC Machinery acquired Mattson Technologies, another leading manufacturer of machinery for heavy equipment repairshops.
Located in Ixonia, Wisconsin, in the United States of America, WTC Machinery today supplies undercarriage repair equipment and other heavy equipment repair machinery to shops in the United States, Australia, Europe, Russia, Canada, South America and Asia.
