SLD-I and SLD-II Shoe Lifting Device

SLD-I and SLD-II Shoe Lifting Device

Overview

The SLD-I is the convenient answer for track chain maintenance. Integrated with a WS-200 (or other track press), the SLD-I lifts the entire row of track shoes off the track chain to eliminate handling during rebuilding.

The SLD-I is also available in a free-standing model especially suited to track shoe change overs - this comes complete with an 8,000 lbs (3640 kg-f) winch and dedicated hydraulic power supply.

Like the SLD-I, the SLD-II eliminates shoe handling during track chain maintenance, but offers a higher lifting capacity. The SLD-II is well suited to the WS-200 Track Press, or to other 200-ton class track presses.

The SLD-II is also available in a free-standing pad-change model, equipped with a dedicated hydraulic power supply and 8,000 lbs (364:0 kg-f) winch.
