200T Track Press
Equipped with 200 tons of pressing force on both its rams, the 200T Track Press works tracks up to and beyond 9½” (240 mm) Pitch. The WTC Machinery 200T is available with either a 30, 40 or 50 foot conveyor, and can also be coupled with our Pad Lifter and EL10000 Torque Wrench for a complete track service system.
Features in the 200T Track Press include a Guard door to protect the operator and a hydraulic powered, high mount winch providing a clear view of the cable and track. The fast ram speed shortens rebuilding times, while the index table effortlessly and efficiently moves the track in and out of the work area.
The 200T track press accepts WTC Machinery 91-Series, 93-Series, and C-Style tooling, and features tool mounts that precisely adjust in all directions. The optional jaw adapters allow all legacy tooling from Wolff, Trackmaster, Centurion or Mattson track presses to continue to be used.
