A step up from the FP100 is WTC Machinery’s mid-range FP150 Portable Pin Press. Operating with a pressing force up to 150 tons and is a workhorse able to handle those tougher jobs. This is an option designed specifically for situations where the MPP150 tie rod design will not work or for those operators who like the c-frame design

It is ideally suited to service excavators and bulldozers up to a Caterpillar D10, Komatsu PC800, and D275. As with all our presses it has the capability to service different makes of excavators and bulldozers or any type of machinery using track style chains. With the full range of tooling, the MPP150 pin press can service track style chains with pin diameters ranging from .87" (22,0mm) up to 2.75" (69,8mm).

The FP150 is available without a hydraulic pump, or we provide several durable pumps to match shop or a service truck power. Electric is the most popular option with 115V or 220V (60 Hz), 220V (50Hz and CE certified) and Air.

For safety during use, we also offer an optional pressure gauge, lifting sling (engineered specifically for use with this press) and a safety blanket (to protect from possible flying debris). With the FP150 press, WTC offers our custom travel/storage box or a travel skid with optional cover box for safe and secure storage and transportation of your press, pump and tooling.

If you service equipment larger than this press can handle, then the MPP250 or FP250 would be the way to go.
