Seal Test Lubricator For S.A.L.T. Crawler Equipment

Takes the visual guesswork out of testing and lubricating S.A.L.T. track assemblies. Eliminates fluid oil waste, cuts maintenance time and extends track life.
S.A.L.T. Tester and lubricator will test for seal leakage and replace track lubricating oil. Unit is portable for shop use or on your lube service truck. Operation of unit is simple, push vacuum control button to remove air from the track pin bushing assembly to test for seal leakage. Once vacuum test is complete, serviceman pushes oil inject control button to inject lubricant under pressure (up to 65 P.S.I. max) to fill track assembly. Unit operates from either a stationary or mobile air pressure source. Lubricants up to 90 wt. (down to 35 deg. F) can be handled. The Seal Tester Lubricator  can also be used to inject lubricant into track roller assemblies, idlers, final drives or wherever lubricant must be injected. This self-contained unit comes complete with easy fill reservoir (holds 10 gallons usable oil) heavy duty cart and 10 foot hose assembly. S.A.L.T. Tester and Lubricator, complete with heavy duty cart and operating instructions.
