Model RIP 100 Ton Roller Idler Press
This high capacity press performs all operations including: disassembly, assembly and bore sizing of crawler tractor rollers and idlers as well as block and collar removal. (P/N: D1252C).

The high capacity of the WTC Model RIP is 100 Tons. Double action ram cylinder allows work to be performed in both directions of cylinder travel. To comply with OSHA, the RIP has an extremely low noise level. For safety, a pressure relief valve, which is standard, limits maximum force and can be adjusted for lower pressures. Also standard, an accurate system pressure gauge. continually monitors pressing force. Universal Puller BArs remove roller end caps. Optional Jib Crane and Chain Hoist quickly moves heavy rollers and idlers into and out. Convenient roller support permits (1) easy adjustment for different rollers, (2) roller end-for-ending without removal from press. Accurate alignment is assured because roller support is held in place with a positive plunger lock.
