Model WTC CR10 Idler Roller Welder with heavy-duty, high torque spindle drive with low backlash gear train to handle up to and including CAT D11 idlers or equivelant. Workpiece capacity: maximum weight 2000 lbs (910 kg), maximum diameter of 52 inches(1320 mm)and maximum width of 26 inches (660 mm). Comes with two welders and weld tips. We are currently rebuilding a Trackmaster TM200 Track Press. With 200 ton capability this press will work track through CAT D9, Komatsu D275 as well as the full range of John Deere Dozers and Excavators. This picture is of the last remanufactured unit shipped in September 2009. The Press comes complete with Hydraulic Power Supply, 4 each-8 ft Gravity Conveyor Sections, Hydraulic Track Indexer, Stands, Hydraulic 8,000# Winch with Cable and Inclined Ram.
