Model CT-4 Track Link Machine - 4 Head
The WTC Model CT-4 tractor rail surfacing machine is a precision tool which economically rebuilds worn tractor rails or chains. Efficient, profitable production is enhanced by convenient operator controls, large flux capacity and ability to carry dual 500 lb. auto paks. Overall design simplicity results in low maintenance cost and long term dependability. (P/N: D0949).

The standard machine features a rugged, high strength carriage mounting dual 500 lb. (225 kg) paks of welding electrode. Control System of the CT-4 is located in a convenient, dust tight enclosure for ease of operation, low maintenance and long term dependability. The machine features an automatic high frequency system for positive arc starts and individual cross and vertical adjustment of each weld nozzle for precise independent positioning. The pattern and sequence controls handles the largest tracks now on the market and goes beyond the special application and for new tracks which may be developed in the future. Also featured is a program control which allows  precise control while welding, eliminating the need to stop for adjustments. The WTC Track Rail Surfacing MAchine has an extra flux hopper, thus requiring infrequent filling. Power for welding is provided by four power sources. The four WTC units provide dual control output cooling and contractor systems which allow operation of the machine in the event of failure in one of the units. This is an exclusive CT-4 quality feature.
